About CSV structure
Our mapping tool automatically detects columns in your CSV. If the auto-detection isn't quite right, you can always adjust the column mapping manually — your selections are remembered for each CSV format. You can upload files containing 2 to 6 columns:
- Order Number (e.g. #1001 or 1001) - Required
- Tracking Code (the package tracking number) - Required
- Carrier Name (e.g. Allied Express, Australia Post, DHL) - Optional
- Tracking URL (direct link for custom carriers) - Optional
- SKU (product SKU to fulfill only specific items) - Optional
- Quantity (quantity of the SKU to fulfill) - Optional
💡 Using a custom export format? If you use a CSV, Excel, XML, or other format directly from your shipping carrier or ERP/WMS system, you don't have to manually format it! Send a sample file to support@shopflowtools.com and we will add a custom parser for your shop.
